Requirements
- 8–12 years of business/IT experience, with 5+ years leading technology projects (Agile and Waterfall)
- Proven OCM expertise: driving change adoption, building communication and training plans, executing adoption KPIs
- Strong leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing global teams
- PMP Certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead complex ServiceNow projects across ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSM, and more product areas
- Manage project execution, timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication
- Drive Organizational Change Management initiatives: stakeholder assessments, communication plans, training, adoption metrics, and resistance management
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and status reviews with internal and client teams
- Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and performance measurement reports
- Mitigate risks and remove project barriers while ensuring quality standards
- Support internal change management activities and strategic initiatives within NewRocket
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow domains and platform capabilities (preferred)
- Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- ServiceNow Certifications & Accreditations preferred
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
