Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of ticket office or cash handling experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update ticketing system with current information on shows, tours, and events, including external sales.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to guests about shows, property amenities, and the local area.
- Assist in developing and evaluating procedures and promotions to enhance guest attendance and satisfaction.
- Generate daily event reports for leadership, management, and promoters.
- Manage and adjust guest queue systems, including setup and removal of stanchions.
- Oversee HR-related functions such as hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Support the Manager with maintaining event and show inventory.
- Mentor and develop hourly team members to meet departmental goals and standards.
- Handle guest complaints within authority and report unusual incidents or unresolved issues to management or Security.
