Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in Project Management and governance, Risk Management or similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and experience in designing and implementing reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of organizational change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain governance policies, procedures, and frameworks for project portfolio management.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of project governance processes and frameworks.
  • Manage the department’s inventory of governance policies, procedures, job aids, and templates.
  • Manage the department’s critical spreadsheet and Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) model inventory ensuring data integrity.
  • Lead development and oversight of the department’s Risk Control Inventory (RCI).
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Improvement, Project Management or Business methodology accreditation (e.g., DMAIC, Lean/Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred.
