Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • More than 10 years of experience in the field of Industrial/manufacturing field with at least 5 years in product development
  • Good coordination & influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Project Management and or Program Management
  • Ability to work within an international team
  • English and French at functional level
  • Autonomy

Responsibilities

  • to ensure successful industrialisation of major changes through strong leadership and coordination
  • to ensure alignment between Industrial Airbus functions and Supplier industrial functions
  • to manage Industrial Review relative to the major changes
  • to analyze and optimize Manufacturing systems in the Value Chain to eliminate disruption and cost of non-quality packages
  • to provide industrial expertise in multi-functional teams (MFTs) including participation in call For Tender (CFT) applicable to NPI (New Product introduction), ToW (Transfer of work) and Dual Source
  • to perform Problem Solving analyses, root cause analyses and corrective actions
  • to perform tolerancing stack-up analyses when require to support problem solving analyses
  • to contribute to the industrialization phase, commencing from the preparation of a new industrial set up to enable the series production of product (manufacture part, equipment, component)
  • to pilot process improvement projects, technology dissemination and industrial innovation technology initiatives related to the new product.
