Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience for executive level roles.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of global talent markets and the ability to develop strategies for different regions.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels and functions.
- Lead and manage the corporate and executive talent acquisition team, ensuring best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and align talent strategies accordingly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive executive search strategies to attract high-performing candidates for senior leadership positions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods.
- Partner with Compensation to develop recommendations for offers to successful candidates.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top executive talent.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, vendors and educational institutions.
