Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a detailing, recon, or shop environment
- High standards for quality, organization, and customer presentation
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds is an asset
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and clear communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 7–10 detailers in a busy shop environment
- Maintain strict quality control across all reconditioning work
- Train new team members and coach best practices
- Open, close, and post repair orders (ROs) accurately and on time
- Ensure shop cleanliness, efficiency, and safety protocols are met
- Work cross-functionally with sales and service departments to prioritize workflow
Preferred Qualifications
