- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or as an Applications Support, Technology Lead, IT Consultant, or related occupation

Responsibilities
- Work the Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) application incident tickets and service requests
- Interact daily with the Application Development team regarding errant processes, financial corrections and outstanding application issues
- Engage in knowledge transfers to fix application and data issues for specific user issues
- Work with the team on areas of application automation focusing on stability
- Assist in application implementations into the production environment
- Lead the team in automation projects for resiliency events
- React to monitoring alerts and work toward mitigation
- Provide support for applications including monitoring, health check, and checking for daily issues & logs
- Perform daily scheduled activities to ensure proper functioning of Sanctions and PRPC Systems
- Perform Disaster Recovery events and other IT infrastructure sanity tasks
- Create Key Trend Analysis Monitoring for Applications (KPI Monitoring) using different monitoring tools
- Manage major production incidents, ensure proper engagement is received from other stakeholders, and advise senior management on potential impacts
- Provide technical support for Linux, Java and Pega based applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
