Responsibilities

  • Work the Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) application incident tickets and service requests
  • Interact daily with the Application Development team regarding errant processes, financial corrections and outstanding application issues
  • Engage in knowledge transfers to fix application and data issues for specific user issues
  • Work with the team on areas of application automation focusing on stability
  • Assist in application implementations into the production environment
  • Lead the team in automation projects for resiliency events
  • React to monitoring alerts and work toward mitigation
  • Provide support for applications including monitoring, health check, and checking for daily issues & logs
  • Perform daily scheduled activities to ensure proper functioning of Sanctions and PRPC Systems
  • Perform Disaster Recovery events and other IT infrastructure sanity tasks
  • Create Key Trend Analysis Monitoring for Applications (KPI Monitoring) using different monitoring tools
  • Manage major production incidents, ensure proper engagement is received from other stakeholders, and advise senior management on potential impacts
  • Provide technical support for Linux, Java and Pega based applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
