Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Finance from an accredited college or university
- Significant years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, or Commercial Finance in the Power Generation industry
Responsibilities
- Lead Aero global demand management, opportunity management and associated analytics for opportunity reviews, forecasting, demand planning and monthly operating reviews
- Contributes towards strategy, policy, process and tool development required to support Aero New Unit ITR organization and function, ensuring delivery within area of responsibility
- Drive engagement and establish relationships with the Poles and Aero Commercial teams in forecasting order profiles, while objectively assessing opportunity status
- Collaborate with Commercial, product line and Sales on opportunity analysis to enable prioritization of opportunities
- Proactively highlight and manage associated pipeline health, prioritization, scenarios, risks and opportunities
- Effectively and regularly communicate opportunity pipeline, forecasting and demand planning throughout the Aero business line
- Employ Lean thinking to identify legacy processes, evaluate their current relevance, and deliver a simplified yet effective view for Sales Operations
- Develop and maintain the data, tools, processes to support the Aero Sales Operations function
