Requirements
- 2-years recruiting, and sourcing experience preferred.
- Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred.
- Excellent people skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Familiar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of sites to source and recruit candidates such as databases, social media sites etc.
- Responsible for all internal and external job postings that build the company’s applicant pool.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking system and regular follow-up with all candidates through phone, email, or letter.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Conduct initial phone interview with candidates to assess quality, rigor and fit of the entire company culture.
- Initiate HRIS onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring all compliance tasks are completed.
- Assist with providing educational support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices to ensure compliance to applicable employment laws.
- Explore new recruiting sources, job boards, job fairs, and networks to assist in growing the company’s candidate pool.
- Be a subject matter expert in your area of recruitment through knowledge of market data and strong understanding of Hiller.
- Contribute to social media efforts and positively promote Hiller’s brand.
- Develop standardized fulfillment and ad-hoc reports for weekly, monthly, or quarterly updates.
- Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
