Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Master’s degree in technology or business desirable
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role desirable
  • Experience in architecting enterprise applications across the application, data, and infrastructure domains
  • Experience in managing and driving enterprise architecture capabilities within a large corporation
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles and practices
  • Experience in performing industry analysis and identifying technology trends specific to the portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Ability to think strategically and to influence the organization
  • Independent thinker, self-starter, and change agent
  • Collaborate across architecture teams to develop more strategic guidance for projects and the organization
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that solutions are integrated and aligned with overall enterprise architecture goals and objectives and ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of team initiatives that align the architecture team to Key’s strategic efforts and goals
  • Evaluate short-term business needs required to support key business goals and establish priorities
  • Consult with business, information, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given architecture can support these goals
  • Provides consultation on application and infrastructure development projects to ensure systems align with architectural standards, and identifies when design modifications are needed to accommodate the solutions architecture and best practices
  • Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise architecture strategy, business capabilities, and enterprise standards
  • Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings to deliver wholistic solutions to the business
  • Assist in developing technology roadmaps and overall technology strategy
  • Understanding of banking and banking trends
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models
  • Deep technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data, software and analytics architectures
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

Preferred Qualifications
