Onestream Lead Engineer

Hands-on OneStream experience
5+ years of experience with VB.net and SQL
Experience designing and delivering EPM/CPM based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting
Proven experience supporting end-user processes (e.g., Close, Budget, Forecast, FP&A)
Experience with automation (scripts and scheduling)
Strong financial/accounting systems and business background
Experience working with SOX systems and IT general controls and processes

Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to lead requirements gathering for resolution towards complex issues.
Lead and drive solution design and implementation for process and system improvements in OneStream.
Lead and drive security, reporting analysis and forecasting configuration for OneStream to streamline FP&A functions and financial close consolidation and reporting.
Identify and execute opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, best practices, and performance of applications.
Lead support of the broader OneStream product suite across financial applications and reporting tools.
Drive and manage OneStream releases for improved FP&A process experience.
Guide junior resources as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology, finance, and accounting.
Accountability for system administration, new application development, change management, and SOX controls.
