Requirements
- High school diploma and typically 3+ years of related Quality work experience.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and typically 0+ yrs of Quality related work experience.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update quality management documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the health of existing Quality Procedures.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate training sessions related to quality standards and procedures.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
