Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process optimization, and performance management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business operations and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for productivity improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop and present performance reports, trends, and forecasts.
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and benchmarking.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
- Train and support team members in the use of productivity tools and standard processes.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging productivity-enhancing technologies.
- All other duties as assigned.
