Requirements

  • Benefit administration experience, Workday experience preferred
  • Attention to detail

  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships (developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others)
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration
  • General knowledge of accounting

Responsibilities

  • Administer and ensure compliance of all Benefit Plans: Insurance plans (medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, supplemental), 401(k), ESPP, FSA (health, dependent), Commuter benefits, Wellness Bonus
  • Process payment of all benefit billings and ensure payments are on time and accurate.
  • Audit benefit carriers and Workday to ensure all employee changes have been accurately entered into systems
  • Review system integrations, system configuration, and reporting
  • Administer and process: Disability Claims, Benefit Verifications & Medical Support Orders, Qualifying Life Events, Loss of Life Events, COBRA, Union Dues
  • Advise employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit matters.
  • Function as a liaison between employees and carriers to help resolve employee concerns
