Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience in product management
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS Product Manager role
Responsibilities
- Execute on and champion the strategic vision and investment priorities to achieve the Atlas revenue goal
- Work with the product team to define, track, and measure team objectives and key results (OKRs) that align with company goals and customer value
- Be the leader amongst co-equals in the product leadership team; provide context and clarity to the product development team to empower them to solve problems creatively
- Immerse yourself in the world of our customers through continuous product discovery to gain a deep understanding of their challenges, and use this feedback to inform product improvements and strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches, drive product adoption, and increase customer satisfaction
- Influence stakeholders through effective communication, and socialize product strategies with internal stakeholders including product leadership and executives to ensure alignment and support
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements; define and track key metrics to measure the success of product investments
- Continuously learn about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your product decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Private Equity (PE) or the legal industry is a plus
- Experience in building products that incorporate AI/ML technologies is preferred
- Familiarity with integrating AI agents into the customer experience will be an advantage
