Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent curriculum
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license from the New York State Education Department
- Minimum 2 years technologist experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and complex tests on clinical specimens in the Chemistry & Hematology areas of the laboratory
- Perform quality control procedures for all tests as dictated by policy
- Document all results while following-up on out of range results
