• Written, oral, and verbal English proficiency
• Ability to complete, pass, and maintain trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
• Educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
• Embody the company culture and values in every interaction
• Ensure consistency in service regarding speed, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs
• Support teammates as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in languages other than English is highly valued
