Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections management and leadership experience
- Proven track record of reducing delinquency rates and improving cash flow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the credit and collections activities of the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the credit and collections process
- Design and implement effective reporting
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve credit and collections issues
- Prepare and present reports on credit and collections activities to senior management
- Lead and motivate a team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks
- Implement technology solutions to improve the credit and collections process
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in credit and collections
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals
