Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years supporting a senior leadership team
- Deep experience leading people teams that span various disciplines, including but not limited to: HRBP, people ops, employee experience (including DEIB), and recruitment
- Experience providing guidance and establishing best practices on a national level (think: multi-state employee populations)
- Experience integrating innovative people strategies with business objectives to drive company success
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong personal connections with employees at every level of the organization
- Experience in coaching and providing feedback not only to your team, but to leaders of all levels
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the SVP of People and Ops to drive culture initiatives and ensure we maintain our culture as we scale
- Work closely with the Executive Team to develop programs that inspire employees and rally the organization around common goals, vision and values
- Lead strategic people team efforts, including talent acquisition, assessment, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Operate as a strategic partner to senior executives, providing expert guidance on organizational design, leadership development, and workforce planning
- Innovate the role of the US-based People and Recruiting teams, pioneering best practices and forward-thinking strategies to enhance the employee experience
- Challenge and iterate upon our organizational structure. Try bold new things
- Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through growth and transformation
- Develop and track key HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce strategies
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a high performing team of people professionals whose functions span the entire employee lifecycle recruitment through exit
- Develop a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, and insure the implementation of initiatives that further cultivate an inclusive and equitable workplace
