Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B event or campaign marketing, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events that deliver measurable results (leads, pipeline, ROI).
- Experience running integrated marketing programs across multiple channels (e.g., events, email, paid, webinars).
- Strong cross-functional collaborator—able to work closely with sales, product marketing, and ops.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast (or other webinar platforms), and project management tools like Asana or Notion.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive real business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-person events such as executive dinners, third-party conferences, and field meetups (8–12 per year).
- Own and run 1–2 webinars or virtual events per month in partnership with Product Marketing and Sales.
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns across events, paid media, email, and outbound, tightly aligned to our Target Account List (TAL).
- Manage campaign logistics, tools, and timelines across vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Partner closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure strong event follow-up and consistent messaging across channels.
- Report on MQLs, TAL engagement, and pipeline influence; extract insights and drive improvements over time.
