Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in offshore safety training
- Water/Sea survival instruction experience, such as HUET/BOSIET, is highly recommended
- Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Preferably experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience working in safety and survival training centers
- Service minded with a high drive
- A structured way of working, showing attention to detail
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Instruct and assess safety and survival courses
- Upkeep of the equipment maintenance plan and instructor competency matrix
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in offshore operations
- Strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training
- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Relevant certifications such as OPITO-approved courses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver safety training programs in a dynamic and high-risk environment
