Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of Technical Troubleshooting experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team while working cross-functionally with Engineering teams across the world
  • Technical troubleshooting of issues faced by the Ops Team
  • Support T1, T2, and other teams including members of Engineering teams from across multiple offices and countries
  • Helping others on the Bug Triage team; knowledge sharing
  • Having an awareness of the team’s queues at a high level as well as any issues or blockers affecting the team’s work (and report to TL)
  • Send out notifications to the wider Movie Ops and Eng teams about current open issues and workflow changes
  • Understand the end-to-end workflow of Tech Triage sub workflows
  • Creating documentation of how new tools/products/features work, as required
  • Setting up feedback or knowledge sharing sessions
  • Helping TL for IHC updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
  • Experience diagnosing technical issues
  • Previous experience with bug ticket tracking system
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL
  • Strong Excel and Google Docs skills
