Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a portfolio demonstrating work on web and mobile platforms
- Experience designing for fintech, wealth management, or financial services
- Proven experience leading the design of complex, data-driven products with a focus on user experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Expertise in user research, usability testing, and iterative design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to prototyping, ensuring alignment with the needs of wealth advisors, their clients, and internal teams
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define user-focused features and drive impactful design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design concepts
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs to bring ideas to life
- Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across all touch points
- Foster a culture of design excellence and provide feedback to elevate team skills
- Champion a design-first mindset, balancing user needs with business objectives
