Requirements
- Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA National Certification.
- Current NYS SLP license
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat medically complex patients with communication and swallowing disorders on an inpatient and outpatient basis.
- Facilitate care plan coordination.
- Serve as an educational resource for patients, families, and staff.
