Requirements
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical project delivery.
- Strong experience leading technical workshops and Fit-Gap analysis sessions.
- Expertise in integration architecture, infrastructure design, and solution deployment.
- Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with both on-premise and SaaS solutions.
- Available for occasional travel in Canada and the US.
Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP responses to understand solution architecture and client needs.
- Lead technical workshops to gather and refine solution requirements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define technical scope, Fit-Gap sessions, and project phases.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and workshops to develop technical architecture deliverables (e.g., integration and component designs).
- Identify and document third-party vendor requirements and technical dependencies.
- Confirm the technology stack, hardware, and software specifications.
- Lead hardware procurement and infrastructure setup for deployment.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams on technical deployment activities.
- Ensure the readiness of solution components for go-live, including upgrades and integration points.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, addressing architecture, infrastructure, and networking questions.
- Support technical delivery activities, including demos, sign-offs, and documentation.
- Provide guidance to functional teams on technical requirements and third-party integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise software implementations across multiple industries.
- Certification in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, etc.).
