Senior Full Stack Engineer – Cookin

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including work on early-stage startup product development.
Demonstrable experience with an opinionated tech stack that you can move fast with.
Familiarity with DevOps best practices, or past experience supporting a production service as an engineer.
Experience with modern development tools, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with the best in class AI tools & services.
Track record of shipping products to production.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter mentality with high autonomy and agency.
Hands-on builder who’s equally comfortable discussing user flows and database schemas.
Thrive in ambiguity and can create structure in unstructured environments.
Analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
Enthusiastic about leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
Strong obsession with the craft of implementation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to wear multiple hats.

Build the full stack Cookin v2 product from the ground up, working closely with the lead PM, and the CTO and CPO where needed.
Create functional prototypes using the latest tools and technologies to test concepts quickly in collaboration with product.
Dealing well with a high degree of ambiguity, making the best decisions given incomplete data, and speaking directly with customers to understand their needs.
The product will span mobile, web, and the backend, and some level of comfortability with all of them, or a willingness to learn rapidly, will be necessary for success.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, including direct reporting to CPO, COO, CTO, and CEO.

Experience in consumer technology products.
Experience working with AI tools for development.
Experience taking a product or project from 0 to 1 in a startup environment.
Understanding of current trends in AI, particularly around image generation and foundational models.
