Requirements
- Have a major focused on Communications, Marketing or Business
- Strong attention to details and understand the importance of accuracy
- Positive, can do attitude, curious, interested in learning while having fun!
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning process for all hands meetings, annual trainings, etc
- Develop scorecard for existing tools, evaluation of usage and broader adoption needs, review contract statuses and investigate other opportunities (e.g., AI tools)
- Support management of social proof points for claims, awards and ratings & reviews programs – brands, regions, expirations
- Fine-tune the onboarding process for MBC and ensure the universal key “things to know,” resources and trainings are captured. Explore ways to make it engaging and fun
- Help our community team to monitor and respond to social comments to improve our sentiment and brand reputation across multiple platforms
- Help manage responses for customer review sites – like Trustpilot, Power Reviews, retail, etc.
- Work with the community team to optimize our response to common issues by training our AI tool
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves and jump in to support any and all ad hoc projects that come in!

- Current college or graduate students, or recent graduates to gain valuable work experience through high-visibility and global projects.
