IT Systems Engineer

4-6 years of experience in IT, Technology Operations or related function
Experience with macOS/Windows scripting languages and the ability to write scripts for endpoint management and automation
Experience working with and managing Okta, AWS, GSuite, Jamf, Microsoft Intune and other SaaS products
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform and other tooling
Skilled at detecting and resolving technical issues with a focus on effective problem-solving
Highly self-motivated and skilled at prioritizing within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Maintain and optimize our endpoint management system, ensuring devices are compliant, secure, and consistently operational
Provide responsive technical support to our team members, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues for both in-office and remote employees
Partner with Engineering and Business teams to develop automated workflows that enhance employee productivity and operational efficiency
Configure and maintain secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other modern automation tools
Conduct proactive system health assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact operations
Implement and test disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity in line with banking regulations
Stay updated on the latest technological trends and tools that can enhance user (employee) experience and operational efficiency
Responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing the risk associated with activities by adhering to policies and procedures established by the Bank and reporting issues identified to management
