Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of professional management experience
- Experience in insurance with an active P&C license
Responsibilities
- Coach and manage a team of Account Managers who work directly with clients, keeping them motivated and ready to succeed
- Create meaningful relationships with your team and ensure they have the support they need to shine
- Be the go-to person for resolving escalations (and earning trust along the way)
- Analyze trends and workflows to find ways to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience
- Work closely with leadership to innovate processes and implement strategies that deliver results
- Help us hire, onboard, and train incredible new Account Managers to ensure long-term success
