Senior Analyst – Accounting & Controlling

Bachelor’s degree required with 2-5 years of experience
Knowledge of ordering/contracting/billing process and order management tools, with D&B experience a significant plus
Provide professional, clear, unambiguous, and complete written and verbal communication that ensures the intended audience receives information appropriately
Prior experience with sales support and finance operations a plus
Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focus with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment; ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market

Proactively and effectively manage and resolve a variety of questions and support requests, inclusive of making administrative changes as required, within SLAs in support of revenue close
Provide first-line analysis to determine root cause of issues reported
Provide Sales support in product configuration and pricing
Work closely with the Business & Technology teams, as well as Finance, Legal and Delivery and other business partners to resolve issues and questions as required
Recommend system changes to reduce end-user issues or improve efficiencies and drive to closure
Coordinate small project work, inclusive of business requirements and working with respective business/technology teams to implement
Support additional revenue close activities
Perform reconciliations in support of usage-related queries, as well as assist with 606 completeness
