Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field (Marketing, Economics, Communications, Social Media) with a 3.0 overall GPA minimum
Responsibilities
- Develop mock media plans for large-scale events, identifying key channels and tactics to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead creative strategy sessions, manage the development process, and ensure successful execution of all campaign elements.
- Organize and oversee project timelines and milestones, maintaining clear communication and efficient workflow across teams.
- Create and manage creative handoff documents and specification sheets to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Conduct detailed data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights.
- Handle campaign invoicing and billing processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance with budget guidelines.
- Manage CRFs (Campaign Request Forms) to ensure alignment with project objectives and specifications.
