Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree, preferable within Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Nursing, or similar
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management, clinical research, healthcare program management or community oncology operations
  • Strong quantitative analysis and analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail; understanding of operations process assessment and improvement using data and experience to address
  • Proficiency with clinical trial management systems, healthcare systems (e.g., EMR), and data analysis tools. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word; experience with Tableau, Power BI a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leaders to drive action
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
  • Understanding of FDA and HIPAA regulations, Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines in clinical trials, CMS and NCCN guidelines
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating clinical programs. Skilled in developing strategic plans, managing complex projects, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-starting capabilities. Comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and execute timely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Travel 20 – 40%

Responsibilities

  • Support growth of clinical research in The Network by partnering with research teams, SCRI, and other practice management teams to lead the standardization and optimization of processes and resources
  • Develop, plan, and execute programs that improve research staff experience like staffing models, optimization recommendations, onboarding and training programs, and other similar initiatives
  • Analyze current processes and systems across The Network or at specific sites, including data discovery and on-site assessments, and develop recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally to address opportunities for improvement and questions in current processes, procedures, and policies; serve as connection point across organizations
  • Partner on research growth initiatives and culture of research programs that foster a culture of research across practices, physicians, and staff – including, but not limited to, deploying strategies that increase physician and advanced practitioner engagement in research
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals
