Requirements
- 1 year of experience designing responsive web applications (B2B and/or fintech experience strongly preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work with a focus on web experience designs
- Skilled at simplifying complex problems and turning them into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Solid understanding of front-end development and how to clearly hand off designs to engineers
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and open to giving and receiving feedback
- Exceptional attention to detail—you notice and fix inconsistencies others might miss
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Skilled in Figma
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered web experiences – Lead the end-to-end design process for the TabaPay Portal and related front-end initiatives—from discovery and ideation to high-fidelity execution and design QA. Deliver intuitive, accessible, and elegant user experiences that serve both user and business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape product requirements, align on priorities, and deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
- Shape product direction through design – Actively contribute to product discovery, user research, and iterative exploration. Use design thinking to influence strategy and advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.
- Own and scale the design system – Take full ownership of the TabaPay design system. Ensure it’s scalable, consistent, and reflective of our evolving brand. Create thorough documentation and UX guidelines to enable teams to move faster with clarity and consistency.
- Elevate design culture and craft – Champion user-centered principles, continuously refine your design execution, and contribute to a culture of excellence, curiosity, and collaboration across the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing internal tools or complex web portals for enterprise users
- Background in fintech or payments
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Familiarity with mobile design (bonus)
