Requirements
- 5+ years of high-tech company experience (SaaS/Cloud model preferred) in Finance or accounting with minimum 3 years’ experience as commissions administrator
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Captivate IQ or similar compensation tool is required
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills and passion for new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
- Motivated to work cross-functionally in a role which supports multiple business partners
- Superior analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with an unwavering attention to detail and a relentless drive for excellence
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives

Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, administration and management of sales compensation plans globally
- Prepare and ensure accurate calculation of the monthly and quarterly commissions payout
- Distribute and track completeness of compensation plan sign-off from sales personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
- Point of contact for all commissions related questions and provide thorough and timely answers to the sales and sales management teams and maintain regular customer service
- Implement, administer and manage configuration of Captivate IQ or similar compensation tool
- Build documentation to effectively handle all commissions related processes
- Document approvals and other support materials for any adjustment that will result in changes to pay and assist in drafting policies and procedures around adjustments
- Maintain, document, and adhere to internal controls to ensure Sox and policy compliance
- Partner with Finance, HR, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment of compensation plans across the organization
- Present regular reports and insights to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations and strategic guidance on sales compensation design and execution matters
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall program effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields preferred
- Experience with CRM/HRIS systems like Salesforce and Workday is preferred
