Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience in marketing and creative operations/project management; B2B/professional services experience a plus
  • BA in Business Administration or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with Workfront (preferred) and/or other project management software (a plus)
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer screen
  • Comfortable working in a PC environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the intake and routing process for our creative projects; coordinate with other BAS Operations team members, creatives, offshore production resources, and stakeholders to set clear objectives, expectations, and timelines.
  • Oversee monthly project closing audits and assist the BAS Operations Manager and Specialist with key back-end maintenance tasks, including managing user access, generating reports, and updating workflow templates in Adobe Workfront.
  • Maintain and monitor the team’s repositories of shared resources, invoices, and assets using SharePoint and Box.
  • Coordinate quarterly firmwide headshots sessions including scheduling, arranging building access for photographers, managing the storage of equipment and signs, and monitoring the headshots inbox.
  • Assist in managing fast-moving and fluid marketing campaigns from end-to-end, ensuring that milestones are met, strategic alignment is maintained, and cross-functional teams are effectively informed.
  • Participate in training team members and new hires on our processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.
