Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of Outside Sales experience with solid expertise in increasing sales and extending market penetration
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, negotiation and closing skills, business development, marketing strategy and customer service
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills along with ability to negotiate, persuade and influence
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- Ability to travel within the region
Responsibilities
- Build and develop key accounts with a strong focus on lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans and deliver target results and quotas
- Perform market and competitive analysis, identify trends to meet or exceed sales goals
- Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential customers
- Quota achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPI’s.
