Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in compensation administration or complex data analytics.
- Ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information.
- Experience designing and developing complex financial models in Excel; must have advanced Excel and analytical skills, including Pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Advanced reporting and database skills, including creating reports, updating data, running queries, etc.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
- Strong detail orientation and commitment to quality and accuracy in work.
- Proven experience providing highest levels of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, managing time to complete multiple concurrent tasks and project objectives.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts to non-compensation professionals.
- Ability to drive results and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking analyses of jobs and compensation programs through market research on an ongoing basis; consult with leaders and other key stakeholders on findings.
- Analyze compensation market research results to evaluate the relative impact on individuals’ compensation, budget planning and global salary structures.
- Audit and evaluate jobs internally to ensure equitable wage and salary rates of current workforce.
- Assist in developing, implementing and administering compensation policies and procedures, practices, and programs including base pay and incentive pay.
- Develop compensation models to support “what if” analyses to inform proposals that impact salary structures, incentives, and other pay decisions; manipulate data and formulas in spreadsheets to produce complex reports and metrics.
- Support annual compensation planning processes, including global promotion, merit, bonus & equity allocation process in collaboration with HR & finance.
- Participate in compensation market surveys; complete external salary survey requests.
- Assist in implementing compensation actions and administrative processes in Workday; assist in creating and maintaining plan documentation, eligibility rules, reporting, year-end configuration, and testing.
- Prepare and distribute year-end compensation statements for employees.
- Assist in completing special projects, acting as the Compensation subject matter expert for project stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of global compensation trends as well as federal, state, local, and/or provisional laws and regulations.
