Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance knowledge
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps experience (creating epics, features, user stories)
- Strong understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles and responsibilities
- Experience with as-is/to-be process modeling and documentation
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps (3+ years)
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies (3+ years)
- Proficiency with BA tools like Figma and Visio (3+ years)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements using standard templates.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs in Agile projects.
- Monitor adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and data flow to define system functionality.
- Work with technical teams (UI/UX, Dev, QA, DBAs) to ensure requirement clarity.
- Provide insights on Build vs. Buy decisions and solution scalability.
- Ensure documentation aligns with DTMB/MDOS standards and SEM methodology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
