Requirements
- Associate degree from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent years of experience
- Must have 5-7 years of experience working on power generators, commercial HVAC equipment, and/or oil free air compressors, performing inspections, maintenance, and/or repairs
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to perform regular data analysis preventing equipment failures
- Ability to use web-based SCADA type systems, ERP systems (MOVEX) and analytical tools such as ABI or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Work a 7-on, 7-off rotating shift at the Remote Operations Center (ROC) in New Iberia, LA, providing 24/7 technical support on Aggreko equipment performance, operation, and maintenance
- Monitor, analyze, and diagnose incoming alarms, following established troubleshooting protocols for effective issue resolution
- Utilize Aggreko’s Remote Monitoring (ARM) system to track power, air handling, and temperature control equipment performance
- Proactively report malfunctions, notify customers of irregularities, and ensure timely issue resolution for greater satisfaction
- Track alarm events using Tracker Technology, document incidents, and incorporate field technician feedback to enhance processes
- Conduct honest appraisals, recommend improvements, and share insights in regular meetings with relevant departments
