Senior RPA Developer

5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end RPA solutions in large-scale projects.
UiPath RPA Developer Certification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related UiPath modules
Strong skills in programming languages like C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript for scripting and integrations
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, ICR/OCR tools, APIs, and document processing technologies
Experience integrating applications through automated workflow using UiPath modules
Experience with various development methodologies, tools, and techniques, particularly Agile, DevOps, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)/Jenkins

Supporting clients to operationalize, maintain, and deploy RPA capabilities to drive efficiency and compliance across the enterprise.
Responsible for O&M, automation Break/Fix and minor enhancements for automations that have deployed to production.
Supporting the operation and maintenance (O&M) of automation solutions, swiftly addressing any automation issues that arise, and implementing minor updates to improve performance.
Managing the lifecycle of RPA source code, including version control and the utilization of internal libraries and code management software, while upholding stringent security protocols.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements that align with the client’s strategic objectives.

UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification a plus
UiPath AI center/Document understanding certification is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Mentorship experience to guide junior developers and share knowledge of UiPath tools and industry-specific automation trends.
