Requirements

  • Experience in construction, engineering, architectural or related industries preferred.

  • Prioritizes and sorts incoming CM emails to ensure timely responses and task follow-up.
  • Supports CM/Project Manager (PM) budget meetings with timely coordination and updates.
  • Assists with maintaining project schedules to achieve one-year warranty acceptance at project completion.
  • Manages warranty-related tasks, including bond cancellation inspections and documentation.
  • Assists with constructability reviews by supporting the CM’s oversight responsibilities.
  • Responds professionally to client requests and ensures evolving project needs are addressed.
  • Attends off-site meetings (job sites, city offices, council meetings) to support CM efforts as needed.
  • Manages and tracks submittals to ensure timely review, processing, and return.
  • Supports the CM in managing the final project acceptance process and associated tasks.
  • Coordinates proactively with PMs and internal divisions to meet deadlines.
  • Assists Construction Administrators (CAs) and supports overall CA/CM efforts as needed.
  • Helps develop training materials and document internal construction processes.
  • Completes other tasks as assigned by the construction department.

  • Experience in construction, engineering, architectural or related industries preferred.
