Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Tech savvy – ability to learn and use new software quickly and efficiently.
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• HRIS records management – maintain and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• 401k submissions management.
• Benefits reconciliation management.
• Other responsibilities as needed in assisting with the other HR Coordinator.
