Requirements

  • Four (4) years of information systems experience in designing, maintaining, and deploying standardized workstation images and strong experience in managing enterprise-level security patching.
  • An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field; AND two (2) years of information systems experience in designing, maintaining, and deploying standardized workstation images and strong experience in managing enterprise-level security patching.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Enterprise technical and testing support to the newly developed Enterprise Application Delivery (EAD) team.
  • Maintain Enterprise imaging standards which ensures support availability of agency data and software applications utilized by OHA/ODHS employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in the field of Enterprise Imaging and Patch Management deployment with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Current knowledge of industry best practices and trends in the field of Enterprise Imaging and Patch Management deployment systems.
  • Understanding of concepts, methodologies, techniques and tools of application packaging, imaging and patch management deployment systems development.
  • Vendor relations and coordination experience.
  • Experience managing Windows 10/11 operating systems and updates through Intune / Entra ID.
  • Familiarity with compliance and reporting tools for tracking update success and system health.
  • Experience scripting and automating tasks (e.g., PowerShell, batch scripting).
