Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service); UML is a plus
- 5+ OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java, C#, etc
- 4 year degree in a computer related field or equivalent
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software improvements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs
- Writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
- May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing/ developing business applications, (knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management is a plus)
- Experience working with and/or knowledge of the U.S. Federal requirements; including Title V, Office of Personnel Management, and GPPA is a plus
- Metadata-driven definitional development experience is a plus
- Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus
