Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in designing performance management plans, talent management, and/or change management, preferably in a global organization.
  • Experience leading performance management programs and processes in partnership with HR Business Partners and other teams within HR, as well as partnering with executives within the business for advising and support as needed.
  • Ability to build solid relationships, communicate, and influence at a senior level across the business and HR partners.
  • Experience developing HR processes and process mapping through the lens of employees as customers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with People & Culture colleagues, particularly HR Business Partners, to gather early input into design needs as well as getting feedback throughout design through launch.
  • Partner closely with Compensation, HR Analytics, and HR Tools to ensure close alignment in program design and execution.
  • Develop and implement scalable performance management programs and frameworks that align with organizational goals and address the needs of a global audience, including related manager capability initiatives.
  • Enhance manager capabilities with a focus on performance management, providing managers with practical tools and resources to lead effectively.
  • Collaborate to design and implement performance management processes and initiatives that align with organizational culture and transformation goals.
  • Establish and utilize metrics to assess program effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate the ROI of performance management efforts.
