Requirements
- Excel skills: Proven experience transforming and analyze large datasets using pivots, formulas (including lookups), sorting, filtering, etc.
- Technical skills: ability to learn a variety of website interfaces quickly
- Professional judgement: the ability to reason and apply guidelines in a consistent, rational manner
- Quality of work: strong desire to produce high-quality work with minimal errors
- Integrity: perform all responsibilities with uncompromising integrity
Responsibilities
- Handle the commission reporting processes for assigned group of insurance carriers
- Transform and validate commission statements received from carriers
- Reconcile carrier commissions with cash receipts
- Assist with agent inquiries and other commission and finance-related inquiries
- Assist in special projects for process improvement and enhanced analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree, Finance focus preferred
- Previous work/internship experience, ideally in an office environment
