Requirements
- 2+ years of experience sourcing technical talent, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, etc.
- Excellent written communication and a thoughtful approach to candidate outreach
- Strong judgment and can quickly identify high-signal candidates
- Organized, self-motivated, and energized by fast-moving teams and high ownership
Responsibilities
- Drive our technical talent acquisition strategy by identifying and engaging relationships with specialized researchers and engineers
- Develop creative and data-driven sourcing strategies, thinking beyond traditional methods
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach and continuously refine messaging based on response analytics
- Partner closely with our leadership and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into effective search parameters
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for our most critical roles
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through screening, including scheduling first-round conversations
- Analyze metrics to optimize channels and increase conversion rates throughout the process
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is a plus
