Requirements

- Academic inclination in finance, business, or accounting
- Strong quantitative, analytical and Excel skills
- Effective communication skills to articulate ideas with clarity
- Extreme level of maturity and ability to multi-task with little direct supervision
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- CFA is an asset
- 2 – 3 years of investment banking, private equity/VC investing, or related consulting experience
Responsibilities
- Evaluate both funds and companies
- Engage actively in sourcing, due diligence and investment management
- Conduct investment analysis
- Voice opinions in investment discussions
- Manage the investment portfolio
- Support all aspects of the Canadian business, including reporting and interfacing with partners and clients
