Requirements
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience in software development and data engineering.
- Minimum of TWO (2) years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Palantir Foundry.
- US Citizenship is contractually required for this role.
- Minimum Degree required: US equivalent Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques (e.g., ETL, data ingestion).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and workflows within Palantir Foundry.
- Develop Ontology objects to manage and reason over data within Palantir Foundry.
- Configure and maintain data integrations from various source systems into Foundry.
- Write efficient and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, and/or SQL.
- Develop and maintain Foundry applications and workflows using Code Repositories.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data within Foundry.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for Foundry development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Foundry applications and data pipelines.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for Foundry users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Palantir Foundry.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Work collaboratively within agile development methodologies.

- Active Secret clearance
- Palantir Foundry certifications (e.g., Foundry Developer, Foundry Data Engineer).
- Experience with other Palantir products (e.g., Gotham, Apollo).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with Ontology design.
- Experience with Functions and Actions development.
- Experience with data security and access control best practices.
