Requirements
- Great at communicating and providing customer service.
- Quick at solving technical problems.
- Detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality.
- Open to 10% travel.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Lead AR demos, showcasing our technology to clients and officials.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the AR headsets, software, or network during demos.
- Keep demo equipment updated and ready for use.
- Work across business lines to make sure demos are successful.
- Test and help improve our AR software.
- Travel for demos (~10% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software engineering, especially hands-on experience with AR/VR technology
- Familiar with Confluence and Jira.
- Knowledge of simulation tech.
- Individuals with military experience are encouraged to apply.
